1 Tbsp reduced-fat margarine
1 1/2 cup low-fat milk (1%)
1/2 cup sugar
1 sachet of sugar-free port wine jelly crystals
1 medium can cherries, in water or own juice
Make 1 port wine and cherry jelly, using liquid from canned cherries plus water to make 1-1/2 cups liquid. When almost set, add cherries. Chill until firm.
Place alternate layers of creamy rice and jelly-cherry mixture in parfait or dessert glasses.
