    1/4 cup mashed raw avocado (2 oz)
    2 thin sliced mixed grain bread (1 oz each)


    Spread avocado on one slice of bread; add prawns. Top with slice of bread and serve.


    Extras: If adding reduced-fat margarine spread (1 teaspoon, 5g): allow an extra 23 calories, 2½ g fat.
