2 thin slices whole-grain bread
1 Tbsp fat-free mayonnaise
1 small egg, hard boiled, peeled and sliced
57.14 g canned shrimp or prawns, drained and rinsed
1 lettuce leaf, finely shredded
Lightly spread mayo on one slice of bread. Add egg slices, prawns and lettuce. Top with remaining slice of bread.
Keep chilled until serving.
