1 cup iced tea, unsweetened
2 Tbsp lime juice concentrate, unsweetened
2 Tbsp fresh mint leaves
6 ice cubes
1/4 tsp sugar substitute, or to taste *
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. (Or, if preferred, served blended tea over the ice cubes.) Sweeten to taste. Serve immediately.
* Can substitute regular sugar for sugar substitute.
May also be made without tea by substituting 1 cup of water.
