Ingredients:

    2 thin slices multigrain bread
    2 tsp buttery spread
    1 small banana (4 oz), mashed
    4 pitted dates (Deglet Noor), finely chopped

Directions:

    Spread bread with buttery spread, then pile on mashed banana. Cover with dates and close with remaining slice of bread.

Variations:

    Skip the buttery spread and save yourself 30 calories and 3g fat.

    If using other type of dates, adjust for calories.
