Soup, Stew and Chili: Warm Soup, Stew and Chili: Super Low-Cal Chicken Veggie Soup

This is sure to satisfy the craving for a hot bowl of soup on a chilly day!

Ingredients:

    4 cup water
    1/2 cup sliced onion
    1/2 cup sliced carrot
    1/2 cup sliced celery
    1/2 cup sliced tomato
    1 dash of garlic salt
    2 chicken bouillon cubes

Directions:

    Bring the water to a boil while you slice the vegetables.

    When water comes to a boil, add the vegetables and boil for 5 minutes. Add the garlic salt and chicken cubes, stir, and cook for a further minute until cubes are dissolved.

    Enjoy!

Variations:

    For an extra hearty soup, try adding 1/2 cup of cooked brown rice.
