Ingredients:

    3/4 cup light ricotta cheese (such as Sargento Light)
    1/4 tsp cocoa powder
    1/4 cup raspberries
    1 tsp honey

Directions:

    Spoon ricotta cheese into a dessert dish or small bowl and flatten it out lightly with a spoon.

    Sprinkle cocoa powder on top, followed by raspberries. Top with a drizzle of honey. Serve.

Variations:

    If using part-skim ricotta cheese: 268 calories, 13.4g fat, 9g sat.fat, 75mg cholesterol, 255mg sodium.
