Ingredients:

    3 large hard boiled eggs
    1 Tbsp minced celery
    1 tsp pickle relish
    1 tsp minced green onion (white part plus a little green)
    2 Tbsp Kraft Fat Free Mayonnaise *
    2 tsp prepared mustard
    1 salt and pepper, to taste
    1/2 tsp fresh dill (optional)

Directions:

    Peel the shell off of the eggs. Remove the yolks from 2 of the eggs and discard.

    Mash the eggs up with a fork until fluffy. Mix the remaining ingredients. Serve chilled.

Variations:

    Serve with salad greens, as a sandwich filling or on crackers.
