Ingredients:

    1 medium banana, frozen
    1 cup raspberry low-fat yogurt (no or low added sugar)
    2/3 cup cranberry juice, reduced sugar
    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1/2 cup frozen raspberries

Directions:

    In a blender, blend all ingredients until well combined. Serve.
