Ingredients:

    400 g firm tofu, drained
    1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 cup flour
    1/4 tsp herb seasoning

Directions:

    Cut tofu block into 1-inch x 4-inch strips. Dip in soy sauce and garlic.

    In a bowl with large base or a flat pan, combine flour and seasonings. Roll seasoned tofu strips into flour mixture.

    Place tofu on lightly greased baking pan and bake at 450 F for 15 to 20 minutes.
