Ingredients:

    1/2 cup ice cubes
    2 Tbsp sugar-free chocolate syrup (such as Walden Farms calorie-free, sugar-free)
    1 small banana, sliced and frozen
    1 cup vanilla fat-free soymilk (such as WestSoy)
    1 Tbsp creamy peanut butter

Directions:

    Blend all ingredients in blender on high for 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately.

Variations:

    For a decorative touch: Drizzle chocolate syrup in a swirl down the inside of clear glasses. Pour shake into glasses and top with an additional swirl of chocolate.
