    1/4 cup buttery spread (such as Light Smart Balance)
    1 Tbsp minced fresh cilantro
    1/2 tsp taco seasoning
    1/4 cup (1 oz) shredded reduced-fat Wisconsin Mexican Blend Cheese
    12 cup popped air-pop popcorn


    In a small saucepan, melt the buttery spread; stir in cilantro, taco seasoning and cheese blend.

    In a 4 quart mixing bowl, drizzle the seasoned spread over hot, freshly popped popcorn. Stir popcorn gently to coat kernels. Serve immediately.
