1/4 cup honey
3/4 cup short-grain white rice
1/2 cup seedless raisins (unpacked)
1/4 tsp ground cardamon (optional)
1 Tbsp pistachio nuts, chopped
Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for 45 minutes or until mixture thickens. Add cardamon.
Serve topped with pistachio nuts.
