A traditional camping and fireside treat goes tropical!

Suggestions: For a smaller treat, cut the s'more in half - same yummy flavor with half the calories.

    8 marshmallows
    8 (3-inch) soft reduced-sugar molasses cookies *
    1 large mango, peeled, pitted, and sliced


    Toast marshmallows on long metal skewers over hot coals until golden brown on the outside and soft on the inside.

    Place marshmallows on four cookies (2 marshmallows per cookie) and top with mango slices. Top with remaining cookies.


    * For a lower-calorie s'more, replace the molasses cookies with graham crackers, chocolate graham crackers, or ginger snaps.

    For variety, lightly drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with coconut and/or nuts.
