Chicken, Turkey, Fowl and Egg: Chicken, Turkey, Fowl Dishes: Sweet Potato and Chicken Stir-Fry

    1 Tbsp oil
    400 g chicken thigh fillets, cubed
    1 clove garlic
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 bunch bok choy, washed and chopped
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 tsp toasted sesame seeds


    Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok. Add chicken. Stir-fry until browned and cooked through.

    Remove chicken. Add garlic, onion and sweet potatoes. Stir-fry until tender. Add chicken, bok choy and sesame oil to wok. Stir-fry until bok choy is just tender.

    Top with sesame seeds.


    Serve on rice or noodles.*
