    8 ice cubes
    200 g low-fat fruit salad yogurt
    1 1/2 cup canned fruit salad, in natural pineapple juice
    1 can (12 fl. oz) low-fat evaporated milk, chilled

Directions:

    Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Process for 20 seconds or until blended. Serve immediately.
