You can download various database updates for CalorieKing.com software on this page. Everytime a new release is made, an updated database is made available on this website. Keep checking this page to make sure that you always have the latest foods and exercises available.

Downloads are specific to each product. Please ensure that you download the correct update.

Installation Instructions

  1. After the download is complete, double click on the file after it has been downloaded - this will initiate the Palm Quick Install tool.
  2. Hotsync your Palm device.
  3. Run the CalorieKing.com Diet Diary for Palm on your Palm device.
  4. When prompted, unpack the new detected databases.
