What were your weight-control goals?

To become healthy, and fit. To be able to live life to the fullest!

What motivated you to lose weight?

Sick of being tired, and unable to do all of the things I want to do. I want to be able to have healthy children and keep up with life.

What was your weight-loss method?

Watched portions and fat grams. Also used the program Power 90, and that really changed my body to something it has never been before.

What were some obstacles you encountered while losing weight?

Lack of time to make healthy meals, and frustration over plataues.

What tips do you have for others who are trying to lose weight?

Drink lots of water, exercise daily (even if it is the last thing you WANT to do), and remember to take it day by day. It is a slow process, but it is well worth it!

How do you feel now that you've lost weight?

I am more energized, and happy! I get up with more motivation and I actually enjoy exercising! It is great to be able to sell my 'fat clothes'!

CalorieKing has been a great guide for me. I have always used the calorie counting books before I found the website. I still like to use both. And I feel like I can maintain my weight loss after I am done (still have a little way to go).
