My weight-control goals are to lose weight by eating healthily and exercising regularly.
One motivation is to shop in "normal" size clothing stores. I feel it is time to be me!

Being human with thousands of taste buds has been an obstacle. I absolutely love food! I have learned though, that certain foods don't love me back. :)
Remember why you are where you are! Make this your one and only priority for yourself. Are those extra calories going to love you or hurt you? One of the biggest gifts you can give yourself is to find a buddy. I found a great one. We motivate each other.
