Failure. Total failure. I tried to eat so that I'd be full for a pizza party and then ate the pizza anyways! I did however resist the temptation of full-sugar coke with the pizza! Well, I don't like coke so it wasn't so hard, but I'll take what I can get.
I seem to be doing much better on the water front, even though I am not "supposed" to start until next week. Nearly 3x750 mL bottles drunk over the day, though I also had 2 x 710 mL bottles of diet pepsi.

I wish I could make this a new entry, because it's about 14 hours after the above text, but apperently CK has decided we only need to post once a day.
Anyways, my "text buddy" FuriousAngus has suggested a much better reinforcement schedule than every X pounds lost. I should be reinfocing the good behaviour that will lead to weight loss rather than the loss itself. It's kind of the same idea of reinforcing your child's studying hard every night rather than the good mark they get on the test because of it.
So here we go:
-- A whole month of exercising 40 minutes a night, 5 nights a week (since my Turbo Jam Cardio Party is 40 mins long): A new DS or Wii game.
-- A whole week of staying under my calorie AND fat targets: Movie night with hubby and/or friends
