I have decided that I am not going to stress out today. I am going to be good to myself. I am going to cut myself some slack. I am going to make Jason a cookie cake and I am going to eat some without feeling guilty. It will be in my plan for the day.
I spent 2 hours at the gym between weight lifting and BodyFlow. Body Flow was amazing. I hadn't done that kind of a class in a really long time. Last time I took that class I weighed almost 200 lbs and was not flexible nor did I have any core strength. It just felt like pure work and I felt like an idiot.
I decided to try it again today and it was so calming and relaxing and wonderful. I was able to do almost everything. I obviously have to do the class many more times to master it but I am fit enough that I could atleast do level 1 or 2 on everything!!! That was a real confidence booster. The meditation/relaxation time at the end was WONDERFUL! I am totally going to incorporate this class into my weekly routine from now on.
Well I need to get going so that I can make the cookie cake for my hubbie!
