So.. I did good at lunch. We went to a sub restraunt and I got a chicken philly without cheese, hold the mayo. I left off half the bread also. It was really yummy. I did forget to ask for wheat bread though. Dealing with little kids while trying to puruse the menu for the healthiest option makes for a little bit of a problem. Oh well. I am still happy with the results.
Its a new day. I have a much better frame of mind this am. I am going to get right back on track.
Yesterday was rough, but I really didn't do nearly as badly as I could have. I am proud that I stopped the binge. I did not even go over my calories for the day. I am very very pleased with that.

SOOOO...
Goals for Sat:
Stay withen my calorie range watching nutrient proportions.
Eat enough veggies/fruits/fiber.
Do run for C25K.
WATER
BE GOOD TO YOURSELF, BE POSITIVE,NO NEGATIVITY TODAY.
Jason and my Dad will be working at my parents new house all day today laying new tile in the bathrooms. So, mom and I will be treking around town with the kids running errands for their new house. Jack had a birthday party at 12. So I guess we will be going out to lunch with the other two. I will have to be really careful about what I order. That should be an adventure. Food at restraunts always has so many calories. I have been learning how to make smarter choices while eating out lately though and I have been gaining confidence in this. I am slowly starting to feel more and more confident.
I am determined to make smart and healthy choices for my body today.
I guess I am going to get dressed and prepared for the day now. The cartoons are only going to continue to entertain for so much longer.
