Well its a new day, a new week, hopefully a much better one. I am going to try to have a much better attitute this week. I am going to try to love myself, to stay strong in motivated in my goals, and to trust that God has a grand plan for my life and feel secure in this fact. I will not try and rely on me. I will rely on the fact that I have lots of support in my husband, my Lord, and even these ladies here on CK forum whom I have found. I will rely on the skillpowers that I have to plan my meals and exersize and execute these.
MY GOALS FOR THIS WEEK:
1. TRUST IN GOD and in others, don't try do it all on my own.
2. Stay in calorie zone and nutrients(you know your rules)
3.Water
4.Exersize (follow my plan for the week)
5. No alcohol mon-thurs atleast

I just joined the Summer Weight Loss Challenge. The goal is to loose 20lbs in 20 weeks, before June21. I am really excited about this. I am really going to try and make this my goal also. I am hoping the support of this forum will help me to achieve this goal.
