Tuesday, Feb 19 2008 - Set Calories????

I am not where to set my calories still. I was just in the forum and saw that there had been some glitches with where CK set some peoples calories. I just went back in my account settings and checked it out and nothing was checked for my activity level. I checked low to moderatly active, I do have 3 kids that I have to take care of every day so I would think that would qualify for that catagory??? Anyways, it changed my calorie target from 1260 to 1400. I guess I will leave it there for a couple of weeks and see what happens. If I am not loosing I will start lowering it by 100 calories at a time. I guess there is a little bit of a science to this. Frustrating. I just want to loose weight in the healthiest way possible. I know I need to eat enough to fuel m body. I just want to fuel as little as possible so I can loose as fast as possible. I guess I shall see what the scale says on Friday and go from there.
My goals for tommorow:
Start the day in prayer with the Lord, walk with him though out the day.
State 3 positive things about myself.
Stay under calorie zone.
Watch nutrients and fiber.
Drink water.
Kickboxing.
Get Caroline registered for preschool for next year.
Today went really well after I got in the right frame of mind. The positive thoughts and taking the time to focus on me, taking the Body Flow class, it really helped me to have a better day. I am prould of myself for taking care of me today. I am going to continue to take the time out of my week to take this extra class every Tues and Thursday, maybe Sundays too.
Skillpower vs Willpower. I love that concept and want to continue to remember it!
