I am debating in my head currently whether to skip the gym this am or not. I really should probably push through and just do it. I had a killer day yesterday and I am still sore from MOnday really. I am thinking tht I am going to let my body rest this am and hit a yoga class tonight and do cardio tonight also.
Always a risky plan, stuff comes up and sometimes things I plan for PM get canceled.
NO EXCUSE TODAY, I am really going to stick to the plan.
Working out first thing alwasy makes my day better- getting those endorphins going, focusing my mind and getting my frustrations out!!!! However, I do not want to push my body to hard and end up with an injury. I have to remember that I am kinda starting over here, I had really slacked off my workouts in January and first of Feb. SO>>>>>>>>>>> I will do my workout tonight. I have been wanting to try this Yoga class anyways. Its at 5:45. I will have dinner ready by 5:00 so that the family can eat when they are ready. I will leave for the gym at 5:00 and get my cardio in, then do Yoga from 5:45-6:45. I will be home in time to help get kids ready for bed, and I can have my dinner then.
NO EXCUSES ERIKA- YOU WILL EXERSIZE TODAY.

Thanks for your encouragement, Erika. Your title was funny for me since I JUST finished blogging about NOT GOING TO YOGA!! But I was not being lazy, I promise. I was trying to be smart. Next week, if my back is feeling better, I promise I will Yoga again!!
Stick to your plan, girl!!!! Sounds good. My motto: IF THERE IS A WILL THERE IS A WAY!!!!!
