Saturday, Mar 1 2008 - Its March- a clean slate! I will ROCK THIS MONTH!
View CRAZYMOMMY's food & exercise for this day
A new month, a blank slate, lets rock it! Erika you can do this!
I can do anything through Christ who strengthens me!
Goal #1-
Make God my priority, Trust in fully, give everything over to Him ( I want to wake up with Him as the first thought on my mind and spend a moment in prayer getting my head straight for the day. I want to continually look to Him for my strength throughout the day!) This is my #1 goal.
2.) Take care of myself inside and out.
3.) Loose 4 lbs this month. ( last month I lost none)
4.) Keep my nutrition and calorie goals daily. ( No cheat days at all) Log everything-no cheating here!
5.) Exersize- Workout atleast 5 days per week. ( atleast 4 good cardio sessions) NO EXCUSES
6.) Drink Enough Water. ( I fell behind on this often last month)
I am feeling brighter and positive today. I really don't understand the rollercoaster that is my emotions these days. I never know who i will be when I wake up. This week I have mostly been really depressed. Last night I did not really sleep a wink. Too much tequila???? I don't know, but I awoke this am with a headache. Once the headache was gone I find myself in a upbead positive mood!!! YEAH!!!!!!!!! If only it would last.
God, please let it last. I know you have my best interests in mind. I am giving it over to you. I just don't understand whats going on and its so easy to be frustrated. I trust you.
My friend Tracey posts great encouraging things each day in our Goals and Accountability Blog. I wanted to copy this one and hang onto it:
~Three very important things to remember and practice every single day~
~ 1. " You know what the secrets are......hard work, done consistently, and proper nutrition.
That's all it takes to get the body you want. "
~ 2. When it comes to fitness, it isn't just about the amount of time you spend in the gym.
You're sabotaging yourself if you don't pay attention to your nutrition.
~ 3. Persistence Can Get You What You Want. Persistence pays off.
