~ 2. When it comes to fitness, it isn't just about the amount of time you spend in the gym.
You're sabotaging yourself if you don't pay attention to your nutrition.
~ 3. Persistence Can Get You What You Want. Persistence pays off.
I am so glad to see these again. They are so important. So right on the mark for me. I need to write them out or print them out and post them around my house. I have got to get back on track. I am just not loosing, but its totally my fault.
