Three very important things to remember and practice every single day

~ 1. " You know what the secrets are......hard work, done consistently, and proper nutrition.
That's all it takes to get the body you want. "

~ 2. When it comes to fitness, it isn't just about the amount of time you spend in the gym.
You're sabotaging yourself if you don't pay attention to your nutrition.

~ 3. Persistence Can Get You What You Want. Persistence pays off.


I think I will post these at the beginning of my post for the next few days or so as a reminder, as more motivation for me.
As I have started back to work, doing these nights, getting used to this. Getting my body used to the time changes again and figuring out how to eat nutritiously and low calorie during these nights.....This week has been rough for me.
I have been so tired all week. Today is the first day I have felt normal.
I go back to work tommorow night.
I know it will get easier. I will get used to it again.
I will figure out the nutrition thing. I know I can do this.
I need a new hefty dose of motivation. These three things are so true, so accurate. I need to hear them.

I WILL EAT WITHEN MY NET CALORIES EACH DAY NO MATTER WHAT.
I WILL GET MY CARDIO AND WEIGHT TRAINING IN>I JUST HAVE TO.
