Its the work weekend again. Again having trouble keeping the calories in check with my strange work sleep schedule on the weekend.
I just don't know....I think I am doing so well, then by the end of the 24 hours I always do something to go over.....
BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD..
Tonights plan:
Fruit, Fruit, FRuit, water, water, and of course coffeee, coffee, coffee--COME ON I HAVE TO STAY UP ALL NIGHT LONG!!!!
I do walk all night long too usually......maybe I should wear my HRM one of these nights????
I am going to post my motivational statement yest again for myself:

I have got to get back on the straight and narrow...back on the path to weight loss and muscle gain....I don't know whats been up with me lately but its not in my plan, nor is it good for me.

Monday I am starting back to the gym and my weights...if I don't do well with it this week maybe I need to go back to having my trainer??? But I so want to do this on my own. I need to be able to go on my own. Make appts with myself, for myself only. Why cannot not seem to make myself do this latley??? I hope its just all the adjustments of starting back to working nights and everything.....
ok i am stopping...this is getting kinda whiney... and I gotta head to work anyways...

oh Erika I wish I could come up with better words / ideas....but I just want you to remember why you're doing this. You do want to lose fat and build muscle. You don't want to eat wasted calories on your way home from work or during the day after work. Remember when we are tired we reach for food (usually the wrong food) because we think it will give us a shot of energy. So just remember eating that sweet food or junk food will not pick you up. It may only make you feel worse. Try to keep all these little messages in your head. And the one..."if you don't want to wear it don't eat it" Think positive and this weekend might just turn out to be pretty great. Keep active and busy at work....remember all movement burns calories. I luv ya Erika. I want you to do this.
