Today I finally got back into the gym. Sunday I realised that I have really let myself slide. I have let being sick and then going back to work derail me from my goals. What is the deal Erika????
I just kinda wok up and realised that this is stupid. I have come so far.
I am not going to let that happen.
I have been scared to step on the scale to see the damage, but I feel it in my pants right now. My tummy has gained whatever the weight may be. My weigh in day is Wed and I will weigh in in the am.
I have started back on my routine.
I am eating right again.
I am in a happy mood again.
I am feeling so much better about me.
Why would I go the other way when this new lifestyle is so much healthier and happier????

Tommorow is always a new day. The weight loss road is a journey with hills and valleys...it is not a straight road..... I went through some curves but I am back on the straight and narrow in my mind right now.

( I hope I stick with this.--no I WILL STICK WITH THIS ITS
NO EXCUSES WEEK I AM GOING TO MAKE MAY NO EXCUSES MONTH
PERSISTANCE and CONSISTANCE-- and good NUTRITION---that all it takes. I can do that!
