I had decided the other day in my blog that May would be
NO EXCUSES month for me.
ABSOLUTLEY!!!! CONSISTANCE AND PERSISTANCE - THATS REALLY WHAT IT TAKES TO GET WHERE I WANT- SO NO, ABSOLUTELY NO, EXCUSES!!!!! Lets see how well I do.
Today is
Day 1 of 31.
MAY'S MAIN GOALS
1.Workout when planned.
2.Stay withen 100 calories of my target daily.

Workout Today---
I have been sitting for a friend all day long-not sure how much longer---her son broke his hand and had to have surgery today. So my kids and I are hanging out with the rest of her kids for the day. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, NO EXCUSES CONSIDERD,
I found some workouts on tv--
belly dancing
25 min, yoga 10 min, aeorbic type WO 25 min.

FOOD THIS WEEK


we have eaten out of our house every day this week, atleast one if not two meals!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think I have still stayed well withen my limits, but never trust it when eating out really......even when they post nutritionals....

just been a crazy busy week.
Next week look like its going to be super crazy too. I am going to try my best to plan and eat home as much as possible. We'll see.
We can't afford to eat out this much even. OUr life is not usually this booked out.
I don't like having something scheduled for every night


Have I whined enough yet???
I am proud of myself for the choices I have made this week. My Focus is great and my choices have been the best possible I think.

You have a great plan in action. Add a 4th. (4) don't expect perfection! If I make a poor choice, I will pick myself up and not get discouraged! Oh, and what the hell, add a 5th (5) I will judge success by a number on a scale, but on a positive attitude and 100% efforts!!
