I haven't been running. AT ALL...got totally off track with my out of town guests here..then a kidney infection...now I plain don't feel like it.....I know I need to get back...I just do. I really just want to sit on this couch.
I have a 5K, MY FIRST, July 4. I need to get back to training. I will run today. I WILL RUN TODAY. I WILL RUN TODAY.

big news on the home front---my husband may be getting a job at the middle school right around the corner from our house. He is a middle school SS teacher. Its a school on the same property as the school my kids will be in elementary school at. It would be the perfect place for him to teach. It sounds like he will get it. The one hang up is he already signed his contract at his old school (which is a 45 min drive from our house) and his principal has to let him out of the contract. So everyone say a prayer that his principal will do the right thing....she has plently of time to find a replacement. I mean school isn't even out for this year yet....I really hope he gets this job. He is trying to not get his hopes up, I can tell.

I am wondering if I need to go back to working with a trainer. When I don't have an appt, or someone to meet its so much harder to get myself to the gym. Its so expensive though. I need to be able to do it for myself. Why can't I just do it for me. I love it when I am there. I love how I feel the rest of the day.
But here I sit, when I should be at the gym......
My oldest has an exersize class at 4 at the gym(they started a kids class on Tues/Thurs afternoons and he is loving it!!!!) so I will go with him and run for the time he is in class(its like 40 min) so I can get my run in and walk the remainder of the time. That will be good for me.

:kiss: I'm always thinking of you. I will say a prayer for your dear hubby. You had a kidney infection ? ! ? ! ouch ouch and ouch. I can feel the pain now. I've had one kidney removed and 2 years after that op I had a severe infection in my other kidney. Please take care of you. And I hope you have a lovely night out.
