Monday, Jun 2 2008 - MY CRAZY BODY-REBELS AGAIN AGAINST MY BEST INTENTIONS

View CRAZYMOMMY's food & exercise for this day

I have missed everybody!!
I have been in the hospital all week--as a patient--I was in severe pain and the doctors couldn't seem to figure out why....Finally on Friday late pm they found it was my gallbladder(it was 99% blocked). So I had surgery on Sat am.
I am home now, in a good deal of pain.....I went a whole week without eating....so of course I lost lots of weight right???
so i step on the scale this am----162lb???WHAT??????? That is way higher that I have been in I can't even tell you!!!!!!!!!! WHAT????????????
And I can't train for my 5K????
now I know why I have been feeling kinda off lately.....atleast its over.....now I have to give it time to heal.
just wanted to let ya'll know where I have been all this time

I'm sorry you had to go through so much pain with your gall bladder. The scale is nuts with water retention. Don't worry. HEAL FAST!!

I see where you entered this blog on 6/2... so hopefully by now you're healed, or on your way, and the uck within has dissappeared and all is well and the 162lb. was just an evil nightmare. ;) Talk to you later! Gallbladder stuff is not fun. I had problems with mine a few years ago, was so :barf3: that I thought I had the flu. I let it go another year after they told me to get it taken out, and when I did, it was "dead", non functional, whatever, so I recovered fast. It took a week though before I felt like myself. Take it easy and let yourself get better. you'll be back to normal before you know it. :thumbu2:
