Monday, Jun 2 2008 - MY CRAZY BODY-REBELS AGAIN AGAINST MY BEST INTENTIONS
View CRAZYMOMMY's food & exercise for this day
I have missed everybody!!
I have been in the hospital all week--as a patient--I was in severe pain and the doctors couldn't seem to figure out why....Finally on Friday late pm they found it was my gallbladder(it was 99% blocked). So I had surgery on Sat am.
I am home now, in a good deal of pain.....I went a whole week without eating....so of course I lost lots of weight right???
so i step on the scale this am----162lb???WHAT??????? That is way higher that I have been in I can't even tell you!!!!!!!!!! WHAT????????????
And I can't train for my 5K????
now I know why I have been feeling kinda off lately.....atleast its over.....now I have to give it time to heal.
just wanted to let ya'll know where I have been all this time

I'm sorry you had to go through so much pain with your gall bladder. The scale is nuts with water retention. Don't worry. HEAL FAST!!

Oh my little schmoopsy poo... I am so sorry
;) What a bummer! Don't worry about the extra weight... I bet your body is in shock and rebelling... I see where you entered this blog on 6/2... so hopefully by now you're healed, or on your way, and the uck within has dissappeared and all is well and the 162lb. was just an evil nightmare.
;) Talk to you later! Thanks for checkin' in on me!

Gallbladder stuff is not fun. I had problems with mine a few years ago, was so
:barf3: that I thought I had the flu. I let it go another year after they told me to get it taken out, and when I did, it was "dead", non functional, whatever, so I recovered fast. It took a week though before I felt like myself. Take it easy and let yourself get better. you'll be back to normal before you know it.
