You're sabotaging yourself if you don't pay attention to your nutrition.
~ 3. Persistence Can Get You What You Want. Persistence pays off.
I feel like I am starting over. I hate that. I did so well. I really did. For awhile......then came my excuses, followed by a few more excuses, followed by my SURGERY that took me out of the game......
I let that lead to the rest of the summer of vacations, food and ZERO exersize, ZERO food control.
I am admitting to you all that I have gained like 10lbs in total this summer. My body feel horrible. I am so out of shape and I hate it.
Its changing next week. I would say tommorow but we are driving home from vacation then I am working 3 12 hour shifts in a row. No time. FOOD CONTROL is my only hope at work. Always been a problem for me working nights. I plan to really work on that this week.
I took such a long break I think I am back to having to take baby steps all over again.
Whatever works. I just know I liked me and my life much better whe I was healhty and fit. Whne I fed my family healthy wonderfully fresh foods and my kids saw me exersizing and energized. That is what I want to be and I honestly don't know why I let myself fall this far back......it was a long slow road....I had so many chances to fix the pattern.......

;) I know you can do this. Start today.....make it a couple of practice days so you can re-adjust a little for next week.

Hi Erika - You're going to succeed! I can feel the passion in your words. Just curious what type of surgery did you have? I recently went through surgery myself and I am currently out of the game as a result. I have a few more weeks before I can return to the gym.
