Three very important things to remember and practice every single day

~ 1. " You know what the secrets are......hard work, done consistently, and proper nutrition.
That's all it takes to get the body you want. "

~ 2. When it comes to fitness, it isn't just about the amount of time you spend in the gym.
You're sabotaging yourself if you don't pay attention to your nutrition.

~ 3. Persistence Can Get You What You Want. Persistence pays off.

Okay, I am still sick...feels like the flu but its August???:huh:
So my mantra, my three things I need to remember at all times, I need to start hounding these back into my brain again. WONDERFUL STATEMENTS.....Just these three things...so simple, yet so difficult.....

As I said I am starting over here so one baby step at a time...first being nutrition..... CONSISTANCY AND PROPER NUTRIION---be persisitant with this first!:nono5::thumbu2: That is my first major goal....I say baby step because I am going to pick one part of my nutrition each week and focus on it till I am back where I want to be for myself and my family meals.....

I plan to make meal plans tommorow based on sales in the papers and make a grocery list....we are really trying to save money right now too. That makes it more of a challenge, but a challenge is not a bad thing at all. I CAN DO THIS

Family
My poor baby, well he is 2 now, he had horrible horrible ezema....his pediatrician has not been able to get it under control. It was so bad that he could not even get his vaccinations this last time because the ezema flair up was covering his entire thighs....so we finally found a good pediatric dermatologist, not easy in this area of SC....We go see her in the am. I am sick as a dog but I will be at that appt no matter what. I cannot wait to find some help for my little guy. YOu should see his poor body. Its like almost 75% of his body affected some times, and it cracks and bleeds, and he is constantly itching and I am sure it feels awful. I sure hope she can find a way to get it under control and manage it.
My 4 year old got her first bladder infection today. POOR BABY. Her Daddy took her to the doctor since I was sick so hopefully she will feel better in the am.

I guess I will stop rambling...watch some Olympics.....
