Thursdays are not my fav right now. I guess they never really were. Especially while I have this pleurisy and cannot do anything but rest.

I am totally reliant on clean eating...on pure nutrition...and the battle against my high dose of medication that per my MD is causing weight gain in my inactivity....GREAT!

Seems like I mostly blog when I am frustrated. when things aren't so great.
Last time I blogged was over a month ago now. Since then I have had one week..
YES ONE WEEK ONLY. of health.
I got over my 3 week bad cold and then a week later ( a good week of being in the gym almost daily), and then I pop up with this stupid PLUERISY....
So now sick again since then.....
the doctor says this takes time..the recovery takes time...lots of time...lots of rest.lots of NSAIDS,rest and pain medica...

So I can't seem to get back on the loose weight band wagon.
I keep sabatoging myself.
Why am I doing this to myself??
Why am I avoiding the gym???
Why am I doing so great with watching my nutrition only to end up stuffing my face late at night???
