I had decided the other day in my blog that May would be NO EXCUSES month for me. ABSOLUTLEY!!!! CONSISTANCE AND PERSISTANCE - THATS REALLY WHAT IT TAKES TO GET WHERE I WANT- SO NO, ABSOLUTELY NO, EXCUSES!!!!! Lets see how well I do.

Cardio C25K Week 6, Day 3 25 min run, uphill walk 20 min 3.5, core workout 10 min, Body Flow class 60 min (892 cal burn)

Today I finally got back into the gym. Sunday I realised that I have really let myself slide. I have let being sick and then going back to work derail me from my goals. What is the deal Erika????

Work Weekend Again

Its the work weekend again. Again having trouble keeping the calories in check with my strange work sleep schedule on the weekend.
I just don't know....I think I am doing so well, then by the end of the 24 hours I always do something to go over.....
