3rd trip to the coach

lost another 4.6 lbs but since i didn't work out as much as i should i lost 8 oz of mucsle so 3.8 fat lbs off!! in 6 wks i'v gone from 328.8 to 309!!!! :-) these nxt 2 wks are all about that darned treadmill!!!! lol!!! this has been working very well for me and i can move a little better already! going in for surgery this friday for a torn rotator cuff :-( hopefully the last surgery for a while!!! tired of the recovery!! hahahaha!! hope everyone out there is finding their way and feeling good ab...

2nd trip to the trainer

well i couldn't be happier with the first 4 wks with dave the trainer! i lost 20 lbs of fat, gained 5 lbs of muscle for a total wgt loss of 15 lbs for the month! i haven't eaten a single sweet other than the sugar free popsicles the plan includes which is HUGE for me!! i have even done the full hr on the treadmill 20 out of 28 days!! in addition to all that i have been forcing myself to give up my recliner half sleeping time at night in favor of getting my tail into bed and getting 6.5 hrs sleep...

traveling weekend

wow!! love the meal plan the fitness coach gave me! i was away all w/e and no matter where we went out to eat it was very very easy to eat right!! the vodka wasn't on the plan but i'm not worried. a few times a yr is all i drink so when those times come they come!! lol!!! couldn't exercise the first 2 days of the trip but by saturday i was back on the hour a day and the funny thing was i used my boyfriends sisters treadclimber which doesn't go to the flat position and i still made the hour even ...

well today was weigh in and wow!!! I LOST 12 LBS IN THE LAST 2 WKS!!!!! i knew i would do well because i followed the meal plan EXACTLY!!! i have to say i wasn't hungry or craving sweets which for me is a miracle in itself!!! i thought without having a single sweet other than protein bars when required (in case u call that a sweet, lol, i don't but the closest i get to sweets) i would be dying for a cake or cookie or candy but i'm not!!! i have eaten all day everyday as my diary shows and walke...

i've been doing exactly as my coach requested, i've eaten perfectly and i have done the 1 hr a day on the treadmill all but one day, today i was just plain tired, my muscles were tired not sore but just fatigued. we had some running around to do at a couple stores and when i got home i was thinking nap time. that's exactly what i did after a late lunch and a show i took a nap at 4:30 in the recliner. i awakened just in time for a protien shake and totally got right up and went to the treadmill!!...
