Wasn't sure if i was going to get a run in...I did!. Beautiful Towpath in Lincoln RI along the Blackstone River...Gorgeous day! Time was not too good, ankle hurt, but beautiful along the river!

Dinner with the girls tonight...Eleni, Tassia and Mikey joined us. Silver Lounge...had a lot of calories just at dinner although I am still below daily target... We will see what that does in the morning.
