Once again a party at Stacy's house last night and I ate, to quote my brother Tim, 'like I was going to the electric chair". Tried to keep it together, and it was a good thing I ran 4.5 miles yesterday and walked with Dino for 1.6...today should be a little better...Without access to a scale I am sort of counting on making sure it just doesn't get too out of control.
