No water, no run, and a stomach bug ripping through the house...you would think my weight would go down...nope. Need to run; did not record food, and actually ate some horrible food choices...Hopefully now that everyone is healthy we can get back into the swing of things...

First physical in 5 years yesterday...all my numbers looked good, and it was the lowest weight I have ever recorded at my "annual" physical...
Did not eat well, and did not get a run in...both kids are sick and Dad was feeling a little queezy himself...

Getting my first physical in 5 years...it will be interesting to see what my #'s are. Yesterday's run and combined good eating an I dropped another pound...I really would be fine hanging out in this neighborhood for a while...

Two days in a row below 200...I did not get a chance to run yesterday (actually needed day off anyway) and had half a burger and a steak...thought for sure I was going back up over 200...
I-bone brought up an interesting point about nature wanting to fight back with a "set-point" higher than where I am now...how much of this has been will power / self-denial and how much has been about staying focused? As I have had a constant battle (for nearly 20 years) with weight...h...

First time at less than 200 pounds in 6 years! (and then I was only under 200 pounds for about 6 months). Now starts the part I have never done before...how do I stay here? Weighing in daily, tracking food consumption, and running certainly feel like the things I need to do...great day!
