Losing weight is simple. Not finding it again is the hard part. I know just where to find all of the weight I have lost...it is at the bottom of empty pizza boxes and beer cans!
I started 2008 weighing 256.5. I used another calorie tracking site that was just not as user friendly as CK.

Well...my experiment has not yielded the results I desired...I am up about 11 pounds from my lowest...Really need to record food and run....Record and Run...record and run...

No running...eating without logging...and for the most part scale is within my acceptable rangebut not ideal...I don't feel as good (sluggish).
I really need to run and eat clean...will start logging again.

It has been a while since I have logged anything...sort of an experiment to see if I could not gain much weight if I was not diligent about every morsal of intake...
I have gained a couple, but I am within a range I feel comfortable with. I have not run as much and figure that I am probably in worse physical shape than I have been in the past...
Will start logging again this week to see what change there is next week.

not too bad after a weekend of birthday parties and bbq's...should be on track tomorrow to be sub 200 again. Runs are going pretty well and it is only 82 days until Falmouth!
