Well here I am. I weigh 153#. It's not horrible. I fit most of my skinny clothing. I exercise. But slowly and subtly, my eating habits are eroding. I've tried the food diary and I've not been able to sustain it.

Inch by inch. I'm losing it.

So here's the deal. I'm going to try to do my food diary.

And I'm going to try to ask myself: Why do you want to eat? I know the answers. All too often it's boredom. It's not hunger.

So to ask the question. Drink water. Delay. That's what I want to do. And make good choices. I ate of all the stupid things some lofthouse cookies last night. NOt ever a good choice as an occasional treat.

So here it is. Water. Have a plan.

Pretty funny day to turn over a new leaf, too. It's parent teacher conferences at work. So I will be captive here at school until 7 pm. I have a plan. We'll see how it goes.
