View NASHARIOS's food & exercise for this day
Yeah, definitely having trouble with my blood sugars.
One work out and a little less food intake and I got to have like 7 low blood sugars over the past two days!
What fun! I'm totally over my calorie target already!
Anyways, I'm not going to get obsessive and work out for like 5 hours to fix it, like I would've done in the past.
I'll try to reach it and if it gets screwed up for my diabetes, my diabetic health comes first.
Will see how the doctor tweaks my insulin rates and just keep trying from there.
If I make myself feel bad about any of this it'll all go to hell, so I am going to have a totally stress-free mentality surrounding all of it.
