I started with Calorie King a little over a week ago. I lost three pounds in my first week, just by following suggestions like cutting out soda all together. I am excited to find out that the more you exercise the more calories you can and should consume so not to confuse your body's system. I never knew this and always starved myself on diets that did not last but a day or two. I have not been through everything on this website yet, but what I have went through has been great! I look forward to this Friday's weigh in to see how I am doing.

That's great! I just started today and need knee surgury, so go to the pool sometimes (haven't been for a long time) but really can't exercise much. Bet I can to some arm thingy's tho!
