Weight=155# Still down. Exceeded cals yesterday but still in a downward trend.
Just finished walking, 10:25 AM. BP=136/70 & P=59 BPM.

17 mins working crunches/Bow Flex/Reg. Sore from driving fence posts!!!!!
36 mins walking with Ebby & Ren on morning walk. Tot steps=1,972.
30 mins of driving steel fence posts/equates to 30 mins fast walking (or more).

60 mins driving steel fence posts (sub for 60 mins walking)
30 mins walking with Ebby and Ren on morning walk. Tot steps=2,278.

Building new fence through woods in walk area. No rain, dry, Ground hard as a rock, trying to drive fence posts!! About to KILL this old man. Perhaps that is why I've lost weight the last two days. ???
