Yesterday was a good day. Green check and I had no easter candy again! I had just one bite of the easter cake and that is it. My neighbor and I who I run with are trying not to have any sweet treats for the next 19 days. I have a huge sweet tooth and for some reason feel like I have to HAVE a treat everyday. Yesterday I did not have one piece of Easter Candy! The only thing I did was lick the bottom of a bowl that had a mixture of cool whip and instant pudding and crushed pineapple. It was the last of an easter cake we had on Sunday that needed the rest of the topping....BUT I did not eat one piece of the easter cake.

I have to tell you I worked harder mentally to not eat any of the Candy but I did it and I feel very good about it.

Weekend was not bad. On Saturday I monitored what I ate closely because on Sunday I knew I was going to allow myself to eat what I wanted and not stress about logging or anything. I did OK. I enjoyed too many sweets but that is OK. I don't want to feel deprived. I am just making sure Easter is only 1 day.....not a week:)

Today I am doing good with the eating and logging so far. I event have the day off and I am not tempted in the kitchen. I did not weight this morning....I will do it ...

It is Saturday and I am using the tools! I don't want to lose focus. the scale jump up 3 pounds:( Hopefully it will go back down. It does not matter....physically I am feeling very good. I did a step aerobics class this morning. I have not been able to do a step class for 6 month because of my hamstring injury.....I did not have a problem and it was a lot of fun....nice change of pace!

My husband and I are going out to dinner tonight so I am going to try to have a light lunch. Dinnner...

Yesterday was great until I planned on having 1 bowl of real ice tasted so good I ented up eating 2 more make me go over almost 400 calories! Just 1 cup of ice

On the positive side, I stopped eating and drank a lot of water after. In th past I would have easly 3 cups worth and wondered why I was 316 pounds.
