Finally I've started a program for discovering and eliminating foods one may be allergic to. No flour products for 3 weeks! How am I going to get through this??? Using the plans recipes and suggestions, though, I've had plenty to eat AND I don't feel hungry. I thought I ought to have something to eat while I was watching TV, but since I've left that room, I'm not having the nagging sugar drive. Oh! do you suppose this could work?! :look: Luv, Ursula...
