Favorite exercises

Alright, I'm going to jump in and try to get some conversations going in this group again.

How 'bout we talk about our favorite exercise? As folk with 100 or more pounds to lose, we all know about the special consideration we have with respect to exercise. But moving has to be part of our weight loss journey, so let's share what works.

Far and away, my favorite exercise is riding my recumbent bicycle. In fact, it's the only exercise I find genuinely fun.

Right now I walk as the bike we have doesn't have the electronics working on it now. If the weather gets to bad I get on it and pedal it, but I have no feedback on what I'm doing. I use my pedometer when I walk and it also calculates how many calories have been burned and gives the distance in miles walked as well as the steps. It also records the minutes that you were active. I would like to start swimming, but I haven't gotten up the nerve to go to the rec center and sign up yet. Maybe by spring or summer.
