Just getting back to Yoga after I hurt my back. I am sleeping better and I feel better in general which is wonderful. I am practicing Bikrams and I started by doing two sessions last week and I have done two so far this week and I might do another one or two this week. Anyway just thought I would say hi. I am loving the way Yoga is making me feel and I hope to stick to it for good for the long term benefits it provides.
